What kind of coin/pendant is this?

I have this pendant. On both sides is a Queen Elizabeth II silhouette facing right. Starting from the left are the words Elizabeth II Dei Gratia Regina FD. It’s about 22mm across and seems to be made of bronze. I has no date/year or country printed on it. Only the words i’ve already stated. All I’ve found out so far is that the coin version was printed 1952-1964 but that’s a big coin. This is only like the top of your pinky finger size with a pendant thread hole. Plus there is no info on it at all an it’s double sided.

It is not a coin but a medallion that was made for jewelry. It could have been made around the time Queen Elizabeth took the thrown up to present day. Items like yours are sold in the United Kingdom and bought by a lot of tourists as well as her subjects. It has no collector value. It is considered a novelty item.
