Vintage doll for halloween, cheap ideas?x?

I idealy wanted to go wearing something like that? With a really short, cream, petticoat. But I can’t find one anywhere and have limited cash flow!! About £20-30? I want a really nice/nude outfit. preferably buying in shops Please help

You could make a super cheap outfit if you know how to sew. I would buy a cheap top at a goodwill or other thrift store though. Or find a white one and stain it with tea to make it off-white.
For a skirt you could go to the fabric store and buy cheap cotton muslin. This is with the quilting fabrics and it’s like a dollar a yard and it comes in white or “natural”, which is like a cream color. You could also get tulle (the netting stuff) in a cream color, and then get some elastic, and all you have to do is measure your waist, then muliply by two, and get that much fabric. Then just sew the sides together so it’s a big tube, and then fold the top over onto itself and sew it, leaving a small opening to stick your finger in. Then you put the elastic on a safety pin and thread it through the pocket you made around the top of the skirt and scrunch up the fabric until you can get the elastic ends together and tie or sew them, and just tuck the tulle in (or sew it).
Easy peasy!
Or you could just get a skirt at a thrift store, too
